Tiber Hudson is a law firm supporting affordable housing transactions (tiberhudson.com). Tiber Hudson SMS Notifications are two optional, separate text programs. Enrolling is never required to create an account, sign in or use the app, and accepting the app terms never enrolls you.
- ReBonds operational notices (Tiber Hudson administrators). For Tiber Hudson administrators only: operational ReBonds notices for opted-in Tiber Hudson administrators: redemption deadlines, allocation conflicts and closing-date changes.
- Possible recycled-bond match notices (registered users). For registered, approved users: generic notices of a possible recycled tax-exempt bond connection in the state of your selected saved project. Notices do not identify ReBonds deals, projects, issuers or parties, or disclose amounts, dates or transaction details. A possible match requires Tiber Hudson review and is not a reservation, funding commitment or eligibility determination. You choose which of your own saved projects to watch.

Text delivery has not been activated." only once the server has actually recorded the preference. Optional sign-in codes by text are a separate future feature and are not part of these programs.
