This Privacy Policy covers Tiber Hudson SMS Notifications, the optional text programs operated by Tiber Hudson. For SMS data, the protections in this Privacy Policy govern and take precedence over any broader sharing wording in other Tiber Hudson app or website privacy terms.
What we collect. If you save SMS preferences or opt in, Tiber Hudson records: your mobile number (if you provide one); the signed-in account that made each change; your program preferences, including any of your own saved projects you selected and the state derived from them; your consent and policy acknowledgments; and the policy version, server timestamp and opt-out history of each change.
How we use it. Only to operate the optional program you requested, to keep consent and opt-out (suppression) records for compliance, and to troubleshoot the program.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers. We use service providers only to administer and store program records and, once text delivery is activated, to deliver messages. Text delivery has not been activated yet, so no messages have been sent and no phone numbers have been given to a messaging provider for delivery.
Retention. Opting out stops the program for you, but consent and opt-out history may be kept afterwards to honor the opt-out and demonstrate compliance.
ReBonds inventory and matching details are restricted to Tiber Hudson administrators. Project-user notices disclose only a generic possible connection in the state of your selected saved project, without ReBonds deal, project, issuer or party identities, amounts, dates or transaction details. Contact kent@tiberhudson.com so administrators can coordinate with the parties needed to assess a possible connection. Your own saved-project selection and financial workspace remain private to your account and are not ReBonds source details.
