Program: Tiber Hudson SMS Notifications, operated by Tiber Hudson (tiberhudson.com). Tiber Hudson is a law firm supporting affordable housing transactions; it is not a lender, broker or loan servicer.
Optional scopes. Each requires its own separate opt-in:
- ReBonds operational notices (Tiber Hudson administrators): operational ReBonds notices for opted-in Tiber Hudson administrators: redemption deadlines, allocation conflicts and closing-date changes.
- Possible recycled-bond match notices (registered users): generic notices of a possible recycled tax-exempt bond connection in the state of your selected saved project. Notices do not identify ReBonds deals, projects, issuers or parties, or disclose amounts, dates or transaction details. A possible match requires Tiber Hudson review and is not a reservation, funding commitment or eligibility determination.
Consent to one scope does not cover the other. Enrollment is never required to create an account, sign in or use the app, and your account access is independent of SMS. Administrator texts are generic reminders linking to the guarded administrator app, where administrators access ReBonds inventory and matching details securely. Project-user notices identify only a generic possible connection in the state of the selected saved project, not ReBonds deals, projects, issuers or parties, amounts, dates or transaction details. Tiber Hudson administrators coordinate with the parties needed to assess it. Your own saved-project selection and financial workspace remain private to your account.
